Chronic Pain and Disease Released With Emotional Coaching
By Amanda Jane Franzi "I know when I speak of emotional pain most people can understand what I am talking about. The pain of a lost one, a broken relationship, an unresolved argument between a family member or work colleague. Also known as anger, fear, sadness, guilt, frustration, shame and many other names, emotional pain is generally not welcomed and most commonly avoided at all costs.At some stage in our lives we have all experience significant emotional events, remembered by the emotional trauma/pain experienced at the time of the event. These unresolved emotional pains fester through the pressure of suppression and negative behaviors and can manifest in the body as dis-ease or chronic physical pain. When the emotion is re-triggered, it is at that time you decide to fall back into some aspect of escape behavior, one you have either experienced before or you may choose to broaden your escape experiences and develop some new damaging behaviors, it depends on how much suppression is now required to numb the emotional oppression. This negative behavior is what relieves the stress of the emotional event, whether it is drunkenness, explosive anger or working 80 hours in a week, once you succumb to that behavior you feel a sense of relief but it is not long until you also feel the guilt and shame of your behavior. You make the decision that this was the last time, yet you honestly do not expect to succeed and neither do those who know you. In time, someone or something will hurt you again and the process starts all over. As time proceeds, this cyclic behavior takes less time to complete and is triggered more easily. If this sounds like you, this is the cyclic behavior for a pain carrier and it will destroy your life and create internal dis-ease at worst and at best make you live discontented, forcing you to often avoid social and personal relationships for fear of another painful trigger.
